REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF ON-LINE MARKETING - INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS:
Description: "The Prep" (Supervised On-Line Studies) is looking for a Regional Director of Marketing & Sales (International market) - (several positions open) who will participate in the planning and implementation of targeted direct marketing campaigns as well as being responsible for the development of marketing materials designed to generate demand for our online K-12 school programs and individual educational courses. The campaigns will span multiple online and offline programs, email, direct mail, display, print, social media, website and collateral development to drive new enrollments, re-enrollments and win-back enrollments.
The Prep Academy is an online accredited private co-educational college preparatory school for students K through 12th.

The Regional Director of Marketing & Sales will oversees all aspects of student recruitment for "The Prep". In addition to marketing "The Prep" to the external community, the ideal candidate must establish admissions policies and ensures each class is filled with the appropriate number of qualified students.

The primary responsibility of the Regional Director of Marketing & Sales will be the recruitment of new students for enrollment at "The Prep". This position is flexible and requires the candidate to work fairly independently and may require scheduling meeting with potential students and their families in the evenings or on weekends. The Regional Director of Marketing & Sales must thrive within a sales-like atmosphere, setting and meeting goals and quotas. To develop a marketing campaign that relays the school's mission to prospective students and the community at large. The candidate will also be expected to assist the admissions department in the development of curriculum goals and strategies by working closely with the leadership of the institution. Establish quotas by working closely with the heads of every educational department as well as the financial aid team ensures that the admissions process runs smoothly. The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills as he/she will be in continuous interaction with prospective students from all demographics and backgrounds. Exceptional written and oral communication skills are necessary to present and sell the academy’s curriculum to the families of potential students. The candidate must be capable of working independently, be a strong leader and a skillful time manager as he/she will be expected to work independently as well as being a member of a much larger team. A candidate should possess a four-year degree within education, human resources or a related field of study and have a strong desire to make a difference in a young student’s life. MATHEMATICS DEPARTMENT CHAIR:
Description: The mathematics department chair holds an important position of leadership and responsibility within the school. The chair is responsible for planning and coordinating activities of the department; articulating teacher needs related to job and student performance; helping evaluate curriculum; and ensuring the optimum operation of the department.
As an instructor he/she should have the ability to teach Algebra I, Pre Calculus, College Algebra. High School English
RESOURCE POSITION:
The resource teacher maintains the resource room for special education students who need remedial or supplementary instruction as needed. He/she provides direct instruction in basic skills or instructional support to complete grade-level assignments given in their other classrooms.
The teacher collaborates with other teachers who also instruct the students who attend the resource room and inform the teacher of plans for student remediation.
The instructor modifies instruction in a consistent manner to best help the student.
The teacher is responsible for writing and reviewing individualized education plans (IEPs) and for scheduling and conducting the IEP meetings.
